Ahh, I'm unlikely to publish any articles, sorry! But Aras has a great Unity renderer for non-VR platforms, if you want to play around with an existing implementation. (It runs incredibly well on my Mac and PC.)

3D12 Support For RenderStream (Disguise) - Unity
I have a Unity project that requires the use of 3D12/Vulcan (UnityGaussianSplatting plugin). The RenderStream-Unity only supports up to 3D11 (so it seems) however I found a fork of the repo with 3D12 support (seems like an ex-Unity dev): https://github.com/wenzhang-unity/RenderStream-Unity
