Great list! I especially second the rec for Black Hearts (for non-EET games, it also has a little ToB follow-up, installed via a separate download). It's an absolute delight, and really builds the character of Illasera, who is otherwise completely forgettable in the vanilla game.
What are some alternatives?
The_Boareskyr_Bridge_Scene - A mod for Siege of Dragonspear that gives more impact to the important scene at Boareskyr Bridge.
bg1ub - Similar to its BG2 cousin, BG1 Unfinished Business ("BG1UB") is designed to restore many of the cut items, quests, dialog, and encounters from the game's final release, as well as try to tie up some of the "loose ends."
Baldurs-gate-dnd-3.5 - This is a WeiDu mod for BG:Enchanced edition that changes 2ed ADnD rules to DnD 3.5 with some elements taken from Pathfinder

Tweaks-Anthology - The Tweaks Anthology is a WeiDU compilation of nearly 200 components of cosmetic changes, house rules, and other tweaks. Some of these were fan requests, others are needed changes, and others simply make dealing with the more irritating aspects of the game engine easier.
