TwidereX-Android VS Lawnchair

Don't use the official application, and try Twidere, Fritter or Shitter, depending on what you're looking for.

Note: I tried twidere they launched a new desktop version but it requires sign-in.

Release is slow, but it is still getting commits. Although, I'd use Twidere over Twidere X atm because it's less buggy.

TwidereX 1.6.0-dev01 pre-release rolled out for testing on Dec 25, 2021.

According TwidereX TODO, desktop version planned[0] to be rolled out on Aug, 2021, but 1.6.0 is still WIP.

Twidere x is a beta, if you would like to help the devs you can test it but i recommend Twidere because it's the official one and might be more refined 'cause it's more popular. You can find more about the beta here

I would like to use Lawnchair on my Hi Reader Pro, but whenever I set it to use a third party launcher (obviously I haven't tried them all, but I tried 5 or 6 with the same outcome) the "Recent Apps" (Square Button) stops working after a few uses. By that I mean: nothing happens when it's clicked.
