TutorialFixes VS KerbalEngineer

Some of the in-game tutorials in the current version are apparently bugged but there is a mod (Tutorial Fixes) that fixes the problems. The in game tutorials also aren't really the best, some Youtube tutorials might be necessary. Scott Manley is the go-to but his videos are a bit older so I would recommend also familiarizing yourself with the maneuver node tools seen in this video because that was added long after Scott made his tutorial series and it makes it a lot easier to make precise maneuvers.

Kerbal Engineer Redux

Try using kerbal engineer (download page) and tap the 'landing' node, it will show the suïcide burn countdown. When it hits 0 start your landing burn. That makes it so much easier 😎

For quality of life: Kerbal Alarm Clock for timing multiple missions or transfer windows, and Kerbal Engineer and/or MechJeb for various design and flight information.

I also recommend installing the mod Kerbal Engineer Redux which will automatically calculate delta v as well as other information and display it for u in the VAB.

As far as mods go I highly recommend Kerbal Engineer Redux which gives you access to more (customizable) data on screen. If you want more recommendations for mods let me know.
