The Transit app, based in Montreal and probably the most reliable bus app available will begin charging people monthly/years to view bus lines and departure times.
Better, the city could pay to improve existing FLOSS applications (Transportr for instance).

If you can read Java you may haves a look at the Transportr source code. I don't know if it covers Oran but at least it should give you an idea how to do such an app.

Geometric Weather not working
Probably this one. I have widget problem for quite a while now so when I bought a new phone last month I try debug build. Version show up as the newest one on fdroid so I'm not sure, and haven't update since because fdroid think I have latest version due to that.
