Alternatives to YOLOv5/roboflow that don't require making the dataset public access?
You don't need DL, you need trackpy + a more robust tracking algorithm. Not sure what awesome open-source implementations are out there; you might adapt something from https://github.com/USNavalResearchLaboratory/TrackerComponentLibrary
