Somebody help me to install TiddlyWiki + TiddlyMap ?
The main things you can try that I can name without thinking much are: * TiddlyWiki on node.js (requires node.js which is just 1 exe file with well TiddlyWiki module) * TiddlyServer (which again requires node.js because now it is distributed as a module) * TW5-BOB (it has an EXE variant too)

Advantages of using node js ?
So I'm running TiddlyServer (https://github.com/Arlen22/TiddlyServer) on my server, which (I believe) is basically another wrapper around the node version of TiddlyWiki. This TiddlyServer allows for managing multiple Wikis, as well as multiple users with each their own permissions and passwords. Regardless, if you are the only user and you just have a single Wiki, the following would also work with a generic Node version. It does assume a server set-up, but using version control is useful even when working locally.

Can't Delete Certain Tiddlers
I had this annoying bug with TiddlyServer in the past year. So consider updating your TiddlyServer / TiddlyWiki on node.js installation https://github.com/Arlen22/TiddlyServer

offline Tiddlywiki editing on an ipad?
I say this because it is hinted here: https://github.com/phlummox-patches/TiddlyServer/blob/v2.2/docs/gettingstarted.md#iOS
What are some alternatives?
When comparing TiddlyServer and TiddlyServer you can also consider the following projects:
TW5-Bob - A plugin that makes tiddlywiki a multi-user wiki on node
dave - A totally simple and very easy to configure stand alone webdav server
TiddlyWiki - A self-contained JavaScript wiki for the browser, Node.js, AWS Lambda etc.
TiddlyWiki5-production
tailscale - The easiest, most secure way to use WireGuard and 2FA.
