I checked your post history, since you have a New 3DS XL you can use a homebrew application to flash NTAG215 https://github.com/HiddenRamblings/Thenaya

Since Amiibos are NFC tags you can make your own using Ntag 215 cards (or coins if you prefer) either using an NFC capable phone with the Tagmo app or by using a modded (new model) 3DS with the Thenaya homebrew.

Thenaya if you want to play with Amiibo (on Old models you need the separate NFC reader)

Here's the link to it. I actually didn't realize there's a .3dsx file, so you can just use the homebrew channel if you don't want CFW for some reason. Also, I was slightly wrong, you can use an OG 3ds as well.

Se non l'hai già fatto ti consiglio di installare ftpd così eviti di spostare avanti e indietro la microsd. Seppoi ti interessano gli amiibo dai un'occhiata a wumiibo (emulatore) e Thenaya (legge/scrive nfc tag)

I think it’s probably this one. I got it to work around when Animal Crossing came out, using a knock-off Arduino Uno that came pre-soldered, but I remember it being kinda finicky.
