Creating a package?
Beside the yearly meeting (this year on December 11th, again an online event) where one got in touch with other users, they maintain mailing lists entry, GUTenberg and an entry on github not this much populated yet with contributions of this type. Since there are many repositories around TeX on GitHub (example), just use the advanced search with «written in this language» set to «TeX» (greater than 128k repositories) and narrow with additional keywords of interest (e.g., this one). Eh bien, bonne chance !
