I'm looking for a MAL-Sync alternative
At the moment, I'm using MyAnimeList Sync to sync my AniList lists to MyAnimeList, but it comes with a few issues.

MAL is down again..
MAL is (and still will be) my primary, since it has the best UI imo as long as you ignore the ads. i have MAL-Sync set to auto sync to AniList as a backup but I don't actively use AL.

MAL-Sync is good to have as it helps with syncing your lists if you want to have both MAL and AL, also updating when watching.
