pi-hole is a DNS based solution. TLDR: URL's/page's vs domain names, not the same thing. AdGuard solution in a browser can achieve this. Regex for domain names yes pi-hole can handle parts of this, but not page elements from a URL. The discourse page covers some of this and also I have on Github as have others.
