You can create an Allowlist Request in Hagezi's Github. He usually pings the maintainers as well so that they can remove it too.

Are there blocklists that actually work?
As far as lists go, its extremely subjective. Definitely look into the Hagezi lists and yokoffing's configuration guide, I'd recommend Multi Pro++ for most people. Most other blocklists are redundant with that one.

Blocklists are cool, but they're still low tech. There needs to be mechanisms to keep track of + rate false positive from the entire userbase and also have an option for us to submit our own malicious URL's.
Ideally, you report it on there github page here: https://github.com/nextdns/blocklists, if they agree it will end up on there bin-domains.
