How can I change the user name folder here ?
It's a command line only utility, so it might be a bit much. Luckily there are more than a few GUI wrappers for it. The best free one seems to be Super Grate, with documentation available here.

Syncing up all the screens in my house
Also audio does not seem to be a part of screencast. It was asked in 2021, and has not been commented on in github. Maybe I missed something there.
