No worries, I would most likely have made it regardless. I've seen such tools used for games, for example EVE-O Preview which was an inspiration for this. But I wanted a solution which worked for other programs.

Multiboxer tip; if you are using Eve-O Preview v5.1.0 that's old (abandoned?) Development has been continued at this dev-fork to v6.0.0.3

EVE-O Preview Forked and Ready for future development
It would yes, But I've fixed this in version 6.0.0.3 so that it only supports numbers now. I think this is far more intuitive anyway.
