Swap/Replace - Blocks|Tiles
there is a mod called Wedit from Silverfeelin (https://github.com/Silverfeelin/Starbound-WEdit/tree/v1.4.4.8), and there is a specific item that he developed which is a pencil that allows you to exchange the block for another one (block swap), however, would it not be possible to create a modification that would allow this type of function ??

I have recently used Starbound-WEdit to help me expand my FU/BYOS ship. There were some learning curves (make sure to turn on both /admin and /debug!) but it works pretty well. Just the "select the block I click on" and "draw with the block I selected" make it worth adding.

Proof of concept one way world sync
I'm not working on syncing other stuff, people like Lobzyr (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKRyp7iRspc) and Ismoh (https://github.com/Ismoh/NoitaMP) already made some impressive progress there.
