Best alternatives for WPF for sustainability and free controls?
I don't know of any free control packages for WPF, although I'm sure they're out there somewhere. But I do know that WinForms has one called Krypton. It's open source and has a ton of stuff in it.

Save Editor?
There's a GitHub link for a save editor, but the Nexus page for it is no longer available. Does anybody have the most recent version available? The only reason is because I want to play with the Experimental weapons, but don't have enough time to farm for them.
