I'm curious, what did I do wrong? Why was my post removed?
The mod you want is the SoD to BG2EE Item Upgrade. The mod imports SoD items to BG2EE as well as many new arcane and divine spells (like Darkness 15' Radius, Trollkiller's Fireball, and Crushing Earth).

Finished SoD, my items didn't export to SoA. Anyway - on my way to do quests outside of Athkatla.
This mod has a component that forces all SoD items to be available in BG2 as though you'd imported them. Haven't tried the other components, but it's handy if you don't want to replay.

SoD Plot Progression
this mod has a component that forces all importable SoD items to be available in BG2. I only use that component, so I can't speak to how the other stuff in the mod works.

M(2)-> Fighter SCS BG2?
If you were super keen on Varscona then you might want to look at the SOD2BG2 mod, which allows Cromwell/Cespenar to upgrade Varscona through +5 and gives it some interesting new abilities. Be careful with that mod though, the sum of what it adds is incredibly OP. In particular do not touch the new mage spells from it if you want any challenge. SCS is balanced with IWD spells in mind, so I'd include those. I wouldn't go for Spell Revisions or Rogue Rebalancing, those are major overhauls that need a lot more thought before you pull the trigger on them.

Why aren't there good longbows in BG2?
There already are plenty of mods for this. SoD2BG2 does a bit, bringing IWD longbows like Sseth into BG2 (basically a longbow Tuigan), and an upgrade to the SoD Bow of the Banshee (+4, 20% chance of 4d4 damage party-safe banshee wail on hit). The Item Upgrade Mod has Teleomortis, a +4 infinite ammo bow (it also has throwing spears, which are cool). It also lets you upgrade the ToB infinite quivers to +3, which helps slings/xbows/shortbows as well, but is still useful to longbows.

The best magical item in the game.
The SoD to BG2:EE Item Upgrade Mod imports Kontik's Ring (double 1st and 2nd level spells) from IWD and places it in the same location as Evermemory. You have a 50/50 chance of getting either with each new game. It may seem OP, but it helps tremendously when playing SCS on insane.

Belt for a guy who has everything?
Use SoD2BG2, which also brings IWD items into BG2, and get the belt of luck, or blur.
-
Which item pack/store mods are not stupid, borderline cheating, or sloppily implemented?
SoD to Baldur's Gate 2: Enhanced Edition Item Upgrade seems pretty reasonable, overall.
-
Cromwell with Watcher's keep items?
Do you know if that mod is compatible with the SoD to Baldur's Gate 2: Enhanced Edition Item Upgrade?

Playing EET, and traps/locks in SoA give BG1 experience.
There's a java application called NearInfinity that can view and modify infinity engine game files. You can just open the file in that, the numbers to be changed are usually self-explanatory, and then save. Then restart your game. https://github.com/Argent77/NearInfinity

Want to find text of Korgan telling of how he "had" to get rid of his previous party members.
If you want you can download NearInfinity here https://github.com/Argent77/NearInfinity/releases/tag/v2.2-20211218

Does the Shaman's Writhing Fog Stack?
You can see the info in Near Infinity. I think Writhing Fog was the only cloud spell that doesn't stack. Of course, it's a spell added by Beamdog, so they didn't have to follow the rules of other cloud spells.

A quick taste of NearInfinity
There is a lot of detail here that I'm going to skip for now - NearInfinity is good in that it doesn't require you to know 'everything' to do 'something'. First, you need to install it. Get Java if you don't already have it. Then get NearInfinity (grab the latest zip folder for your operating system, not the source code).

Area Image files
-Download NearInfinity (scroll down to 'Assets' and get the first .zip file, if you're on a regular PC).

Does anyone have experience with changing your appearance in the game? I want to change my look for my mage robe of vecnato that of like a archmage robe with the hood and cape. (its called paperdoll animation i believe?). Not sure wich program to use, don't think i can do it with EE keeper...thanks
You need to change the equipped appearance on the item. You can use NearInfinity to do this. Just search the item, change the field and save it. The saved file is in the override, so you can delete it if you want to revert the change.

What are some alternatives?
Solaufein - Weimer's classic mod changes Solaufein into a joinable NPC for BG2EE and ToB. Revised EE version.
LeUI-IWDEE - lefreut's Enhanced UI for IWDEE
EET - Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition Trilogy (EET) is a modification for Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition that merges whole saga into one game and provides continuity between the events of Baldur's Gate, Tales of the Sword Coast, Shadows of Amn, Throne of Bhaal and Siege of Dragonspear expansion (also for both Black Pits adventures). The name of this this modification probably rings a bell to those who have been following IE modding scene, thanks to the classic mod that inspired this project, called Baldur's Gate Trilogy (BGT), developed by Bardez and Ascension64. While EET remains mostly faithful to the premise of the BGT, it shouldn't be considered a direct continuation of that project. In fact both mods share little to no common code and took different design decisions in many aspects.
A7-NPCGenerator - Install your own pregenerated or exported characters as regular NPCs.
AzengaardEE - A time traveller takes the party back to an epic battle and foreshadows a coming one
EE_Fixpack - The Enhanced Edition Fixpack is an unofficial collection of fixes for the Enhanced Editions of Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate II, Icewind Dale, and Planescape: Torment.
