Trying to install Big Sur to a Dell laptop, I thought I had it but now I'm stuck in a bootloop (I think)
Certain versions of big Sur (and newer) require you to have your usb ports mapped. Can you try installing something like Catalina, using https://github.com/Sniki/OS-X-USB-Inject-All/releases as a kext in your config, then once installed, use this tool to generate a nice kext for your system? https://github.com/corpnewt/USBMap

Open Core (v 0.7.0) USB 3 Devices Don't Connect – Detailed Description with Logs
After discovering that my USB ports don't seem to function correctly I set out to create my own USB port mapping using this guide. I used both the USBInjectAll.kext he mentions in his post as well as the USBPorts-All.kext from the user I'm referencing above. I also set XhciPortLimit Boolean to TRUE. However, when I open Hackintool it does not show me any USB ports at all:

I never mapped my own USB ports but used the USB mapping from this user. You can see his USB mapping under USB. This is the USBPorts.kext I'm using from him.
