MYQ chamberlain smart garage door hub?
I found a Smartthings SmartApp and Device Handler here. It was easy to implement in the Smartthings IDE. Study your desired setup carefully. Mine includes a tilt sensor so that Smartthings can monitor and let me know if the garage door is open for more than 20 minutes.

It is just a workaround that allows Chamberlain and Liftmaster openers to work in SmartThings. MyQ Lite is the specific app, he has many others including ones for remote manage of short term rental locks. Here are some instructions, but you should probably ignore the part where it recommends using the Community Installer which no longer works for me and create everything from code in IDE. https://github.com/brbeaird/SmartThings_MyQ

With MyQ becoming garbage, what are you using now?
I did not even know that it was broken. I use SmartThings with RBoy's smart app (Virtual Garage Door Manager) and brbeaird's device handler (SmartThings MyQ Lite.

How to get MyQ(Chamberland) to play with Smartthings
If you're using the SmartThings_MyQ plugin, then you need the tilt sensor to integrate with routines. The tilt sensor allows the plug-in to know your garage door state, and can then present the door as a switch. Otherwise I believe it presents your door controls as a pair of momentary buttons (one for open, one for close), and expects you to use the right one based on door state.

What if support was forever? Got burned when Amazon and Chamberlain Liftmaster stopped supporting each other. I felt deceived and robbed. I'm sure I'm not the one who's experienced something similar. How have you been burned?
The skill in question was written by a 3rd party. Chamberlain sent a C&D letter to get the 3p skill pulled. Chamberlain has not released a skill and for a while wanted to charge for IFTTT integration. I ended up just using the MyQ API (https://github.com/thomasmunduchira/myq-api) and writing my own skill to support it.

Soft Trigger in DW Spectrum
Check out unofficial projects like https://github.com/thomasmunduchira/myq-api. It seems MyQ doesn't do basic auth. You have to logon first and receive a custom object which you then pass to the doorstate route. Unless there's a more advanced area, that screenshot doesn't look to support this.
