I'm assuming the 4.0 since it says it's meant for 64-bit systems. I'll give it a try but SmartSystemMenu works really well for me if you're curious.

A new [x] option in Win10 Clipboard Settings to make Ctrl+V paste unformatted text systemwide — sounds like a good idea?
I've implemented a prototype of this feature that I've been using for over ~6 months and now can't live without it being "on". Happy to contribute/collaborate.
