SimpleTweaks includes many useful features. Of note is one that allows you to reposition and increase the size of the character bark dialogue boxes during fights. The Large Cooldown Counter would probably be of use to you also.

There is if you use FFXIVQuicklauncher and add the plugin Simple Tweaks and enable Legacy Camera Lock. Technically it's against ToS, so use at your own risk, just don't talk about it in game and you're fine, just like a parser
