Simple YouTube Age Restriction Bypass - Allows you to bypass the age restriction if you're not logged in.

You can bypass logging in by using simple youtube age restriction bypass userscript to get the video to load in a browser. Then you manually grab the streaming links and add metadata or do it with browser extensions.

There are scripts you can use to bypass the required sign-in. I use this one.
