TV: Now What?
Server-driven UI is a thing that's been gaining traction in recent years.
To my knowledge, at least a few FAANG companies have adopted this for the reasons mentioned in the article (AirBnB, Lyft, Expedia)
https://github.com/csmets/Server-Driven-UI
There are a few frameworks that cater to this -- most of them are variations on an API that returns JSON describing view components and state/actions.
For instance, DivKit:

It's a decent idea IMO, though I have no personal experience with it. I guess time will tell whether it catches on at-large though.

Creating a form In React Native With Formik
Before we begin working on our project, we must set it up and install all the necessary dependencies. We will be using Expo for this project. Expo is a React Native management tool that handles a lot of heavy stuff for us, such as efficiently compiling code and assets, as well as provides us with a productive development environment. Also we will be using Typescript for this project, but don't worry, the process is practically identical to Javascript, so if you don't know Typescript that's fine. This article assumes some basic understanding of React and React Native , such as components, hooks and state. You must also have Node.js installed on your computer.

Building a calculator app with React Native and Tailwind CSS
Expo saves us from the complex configurations required to create a native application with the React Native CLI, making it the easiest and fastest way to build and publish React Native apps.

How "stable" would you say React Native / Expo is now?
But some bugs don't get fixed for years. E.g. there was an issue with expo-secure-store not working well on android after app reinstallatiins. It apparently got fixed now 5 years after it was reported: expo-secure-store bug
