How to implement an Expression Body Definition?
Would only WriteToSimpleTextBox() accept the restrictedToMinimumLevel parameter. I guess i can just use a separate logger. Seems silly that i need to though.

What do you use to view/analyze Serilog logs?
We use the Serilog ElasticSearch sink (https://github.com/serilog/serilog-sinks-elasticsearch) to send our Serilog logs to ElasticSearch. We then use Kibana for the visualisation. Basically its Elk but we got rid of the Logstash part to directly send our logs to ES thanks to the Serilog sink.
