A desktop app is available for download at https://github.com/AsyncBanana/Serenity-Editor/releases/, but both the web and desktop app basically have the same features as of now.

Electron-based Application cannot connect to parent cloud server.
Recently I've gotten into using a web-based application called OmniaWrite. It's open source, web-based, and better yet, provides installation methods for all platforms (including an AppImage!). However, there is one feature I've found moderately helpful, and after struggling with activating an account, the Cloud functionality is extremely good for someone like me who works from multiple computers, and sometimes with or without internet.
