PSA for those wondering whether to use Windows 10 vs Windows 11
Why am I mentioning this? The steam deck, by default, does not have the capacity to boot into secure mode as it lacks the necessary keys to do so. There is a fix but if you mess up it can't be undone and secure boot is permanently enabled. (See: https://github.com/ryanrudolfoba/SecureBootForSteamDeck for more info on how to implement it if you're tech-savvy enough).

Driver Signature Error (Code 52) on APU and Sound driver after enabling Secure Boot.
I want to play both Forsoken and Fifa 23 on my WinDeck. So I upgraed from Widnows 10 to Windows 11 22H2. The upgrade went smoohtly. However, Fifa 23 requires Secure Boot in Windows 11. So I enabled Secure Boot following this guide: https://github.com/ryanrudolfoba/SecureBootForSteamDeck

Stemudeck.
https://github.com/auntiepickle/ff7seventhheavensteamdeck Tutorial for getting 7th Heaven installed on Steam Deck. The speed up function I believe is built directly into 7th Heaven, so you sohuldn't need to go digging for any other mods to get at least that working. I haven't played in a very long time, so I don't know if that also includes the general fixes to the frame limiter to permit combat to run at 60 FPS as intended in the original PS1 release.

SteamForwarder - steam_api.dll implementation for wine. Your windows games now can interact with your linux steam! (This repo mirrors https://gitlab.com/xomachine/SteamForwarder)
SteamDeck-BootVideoRandomizer - Play a random video on boot up! This is only applicable for Steam Deck running on Windows 10 / Windows 11.
steamdeckbash - Repository of bash scripts for Steam Deck or maybe other SteamOS devices. I only have the Deck, so can't vouch for others. Main scripts are to move compatibility and shader pre-cache data from internal storage to MicroSD card.
