You might be interested to check out an open-source SNOMED CT terminology server that we have built here at SNOMED International. It uses NoSQL (Elasticsearch) and supports the SNOMED CT querying language that might help - https://github.com/IHTSDO/snowstorm - and has a public API to all SNOMED CT editions.
