For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Is this a decent JWT / Identity-like template?
Before I forget, a good way to revoke JWT tokens is to create a black list. Something like this library here: https://github.com/rainxh11/Revoke.NET (i just found it, but you can easily implement something yourself).

mguinness' IdentityManagerUI is a great simple UI for managing users and roles in ASP.net Core Identity. Are there any others?
I tested out https://github.com/mguinness/IdentityManagerUI which is simple and works for my current needs. https://github.com/skoruba/IdentityServer4.Admin was the only alternative I found, assuming it works without IdentityServer4. It seems a bit heavier but also has more development behind it.
What are some alternatives?
