games not parsing, no generate apps list is coming up when using rom manager, also keep getti g this even though steam has been shut down even when using task manager to shut it down. please help
Try using an older version os steam rom manager from here. Try 2.4.11. I had a problem where steam rom manager wasn't parsing images and shifting to an older version helped.
