I use Recipe Sage self hosted myself. I've tried them all and for one reason or the other I just felt that Recipe Sage met my needs best. Recipe Sage

Which recipe manager do you prefer and why - mealie, tandoor, recipesage
Anyways, I've dropped a copy of my docker-compose here with some explanations into some of the fields. I'd add my .env as well, but, I'm not entirely sure how useful that would be after I've redacted everything.
What are some alternatives?
mealie - Mealie is a self hosted recipe manager and meal planner with a RestAPI backend and a reactive frontend application built in Vue for a pleasant user experience for the whole family. Easily add recipes into your database by providing the url and mealie will automatically import the relevant data or add a family recipe with the UI editor
