I tried to follow this guide https://github.com/StegSchreck/RatS but keep gatting erros and i find it very hard to follow

Export library to Trakt or alternative for recommendations?
I recently tried many movie recommendation engines and https://movielens.org/ is by far the best, others are not even close. There is a great tool https://github.com/StegSchreck/RatS which can move your watched and rating history between various sites. It's a bit annoying to install but worked just fine using Docker desktop on Windows.
