Options for A2Heaven RAMWorks RGBS to HDMI
It's very DIY, and doesn't see much love from the Apple community, but RGBtoHDMI has a great support community. It seems that Raspberry Pi Zeros are back on the market again, too
- Just found for $20 at a yard sale. I believe it works but have no idea what I have here, any sleuths that can provide details?

If you are already going the extra mile, you can convert directly from the TTL signals to HDMI with the RGB2HDMI adaptor.

Is there a list of C128 80 column compatible monitors?

Raspberry Pi-based mods for retro consoles/computers
RGBToHDMI works on a lot more systems. https://github.com/hoglet67/RGBtoHDMI/wiki/Supported-Computers has the full list but it's pretty much all 8 and 16 bit computers.

288p50-capable monitor in the US?
My advice is to forget about trying to find a monitor that will accept the signals directly and just get an upscaler instead. Depending on the computers, you may be able to use an RGB2HDMI, or you could use an OSSC with a CGA2RGB to convert TTL RGB/monochrome to analog.

Portland, OR - Need an 80c C=128 monitor..
Just to expand your options a bit, you can also use a 15 kHz analog RGB monitor (Amiga monitor, PVM, modded consumer TV, etc.) with a CGA2RGB, or an HDMI monitor with an RGBtoHDMI.

Raspberry Pi-based mods for retro consoles/computers
Computers: 1. Commodore 64 Pi1541 - emulates 1541 floppy drive for Commodore 64. Video review 2. Amiga RGB2HDMI - convert Amiga's RGB video signal into friendly HDMI output. Video review 3. Amiga Pistorm - emulates faster version of Motorola 68000 CPU. Theoretically, can be used in any machine that uses 68k chip. But I hear mostly about Amiga Pistorm implementation. Basically, Pi Zero emulates faster CPU, video modes, acts as HDD storage, HDMI output etc. Pistorm does what popular Amiga accelerator boards do for hundreds of space bucks. Video review
