Is 2000 iR actually average?
I wrote a program for planning my iracing races and recently added this feature.

Schedule no longer shows unowned tracks.
That issue is also mentioned in the iracing forum and it seems that is on purpose. The companion app also doesn't help because it always shows the shopping cart symbol. You could try the program I've write to see what races are coming. And also you can see which tracks you should purchase for the season of your favorite series.

FX vs FX Pro wheel?
My opinion means little as I just got my Alpha and FX two weeks ago. But here I go anyway. what I did for a monitor was buy a little 5" HDMI screen and mounted it on my wheel base with that e3m dual lock velcro. I think the reason I went this route was because with that screen and simhub dash, I can create my own screens. I found a really good one called Lovely-dashboard https://github.com/cdemetriadis/lovely-dashboard

TIL (after an embarrassingly long time) that you can use your phone as a sim hub dash. One cheap car phone holder, magnets, and adhesive strips later…awesome!
Looks like Lovely Dashboard running on SimHub.

I want a display that I can control from my wheel. Any suggestions?
I am currently using this display template https://github.com/cdemetriadis/lovely-dashboard I can flick through the data boxes using the button on my wheel and can map these functions to multiple rims so no having to change profiles if I change rims. You can also design your own dash template from scratch and there are tutorials for this in the simhub documentation

Porsche cup dashboard, all files on printables

I have created my rig exactly how I envisioned it!
Its more so for info at a glance. I do look at it pretty often, usually when I am on straights and such. This screen is particularly useful with the dashboard Lovely Dashboard. Its a really great dashboard, best I have come across thusfar. I love this for the info I don't commonly see on my screen Like brake bias, TC and ABS settings, etc. Everytime that is changed, a popup comes up on screen telling you this. Also, popups for qualifying laps and all sorts of great info. It also has a few other screens and the left and right boxes on the screen can be changed to different info. Its the best dashboard ive come across thusfar.
