I should say, it worked in my 32-bit vm. So, I guess MSYS2 dropped 32-bit support and hand a maintainer switchover late last year. They renamed some package directories for 32-bit packages and, well to make a long story short, I had a heck of a time getting multilib MinGW set up in my 64-bit env. So, I spun up a Win10-x32 vm, grabbed this awesome dude's fork for the MSYS2-x32 installer, and within 45 minutes, I had your build ready to roll! Whew!!
