PowerCLI Horizon - Enabling / Disabling Provisioning and Parentvms
Have you checked out the Hv-Helper module? (https://github.com/vmware/PowerCLI-Example-Scripts), alternatively depending on the version of Horizon you’re using you could try the Rest api (https://techzone.vmware.com/resource/using-vmware-horizon-server-rest-api)

[VMware PowerCLI] Issues deploying OVA from content library with Invoke-DeployOvfLibraryItemId--possible bug?
I was thinking about going the GitHub route. As far as I can tell, the only PowerCLI repo under VMware is PowerCLI Example Scripts, which unfortunately doesn't have the full PowerCLI modules--or at least, not the ones I'm having issues with.

Doug DeFrank at https://github.com/dskwared/vmware-scripts/blob/master/find-uefi-vms-in-a-datacenter.ps1 as discussed in https://dougdefrank.wordpress.com/2018/06/30/powercli-find-uefi-enabled-vms/ gets the EFI machines and we could likely add the secure par with little hassle.
