Alright, I know what' the problem. You downloaded the source code instead of the release. Try downloading it here. Click on "RHRE_v3.20.6.zip" instead of "Source Code (zip)"

Just custom remix questions
I strongly suggest you to find a way to run the Rhythm Heaven Remix Editor. The only way I can think of right now would be services like Shadow or simply using a Raspberry Pi, which would allow you to connect to a fully fledged computer from your Android device, in one way or another.
