Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.

wondering if it would be possible to make a fully working, at least enough to launch games and change settings, screen reader for the blind who cant read onscreen text
so i have found an addon called Playnite Game Speak, by joyrider3774/ on github GitHub - joyrider3774/PlayniteGameSpeak: Text to speech plugin for playnite, "speaking out" the game names and such and i'm wondering if this can somehow be improved, to read settings menus, and other menus that arent games, or if this has already been done, or if what its doing is the limit, now i have no idea how to program, so, this is just me speaking out with no way to know if its possible

Some questions regarding this program.
You can use tags, some library plugins can tag those games automatically (or there are plans like https://github.com/XenorPLxx/playnite-library-psn/issues/8). The main Xbox library add-on doesn't add game pass games unless you run them at least once.
