I use a version of this for my 2000s (https://github.com/c0pperdragon/Amiga-Digital-Video) but on my 500s PiStorm and an external RGB SCART to HDMI box that you can buy cheap AF on eBay.

- we got the Cherry keys in tha A1200 keyboard PCB. Waiting on the ribbon connector. We placed an A2000 Bezel for the picture.

If you want to go the HDMI route, there is this device. It sits in one of the chip sockets and uses a PiZero to add a HDMI socket.

Would HDMI or DVI be acceptable? Maybe this would work for you there are a few people on eBay selling them, the hardest part is getting a raspberry pi

VGA/DVI/HDMI output : best modern alternative for the return of my A1200 : Indivision AGA? Raspberry Pi zero DIY? ...
For me at least - for ease of use and display quality, I have found the OSSC very good and works well my my original Xbox with component cables, however I am looking to try out the Raspberry Pi option with my A500 at some stage, especially since it can be powered and mounted internally within the Amiga which seems pretty cool.
What are some alternatives?
