Ti-84 plus ce internet connection?
I've made a few demos that connected to the internet, but the first one only served a web server and the second one was just broken. https://github.com/MathisLav/internetce is a thing, but you'd probably be better off using a raspberry pi with my terminal emulator: https://github.com/commandblockguy/terminal-ce
What are some alternatives?
When comparing ICE and internetce you can also consider the following projects:
PineappleCAS - A generic computer algebra system targeted for the TI-84+ CE calculators
terminal-ce - VT100 terminal emulator for the TI-84+ CE for use with serial devices
calculator - Programs for the TI-84 Plus CE graphing calculator
toolchain - Toolchain and libraries for C/C++ programming on the TI-84+ CE calculator series
