According to this, its a modpack issue. Which modpack are you using? Ask the creator if the pack if he could help you.

Legacy Aether mod for 1.17
There is a Fabric port of it for 1.17.1 that's making some good progress, its not on Curseforge yet, but its github can be found here, and if you don't want to compile it, it has a release here (scroll down, use the jar that doesn't include "sources" or "dev" in the title). I will say I haven't personally used it, so not sure how complete it is, but here's a link regardless.

The only one for 1.16 I'm aware of is an unofficial port to 1.16 Fabric.

Urns v1.0.0 is a Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.17 and 1.16.3 — .5 Adds the clay urn to the game, a fragile container that is affected by gravity. • Holds up to one item stack. Right-click or use a hopper to store items; • There is no GUI. To discover what's inside, use either a hopper or brute force! • Falls if there isn't a supporting block below (like sand); • As long as it's falling, you may move it around with slime blocks, water elevators, etc.! • If the urn falls from a height of three blocks or more, it will crack. If it's already cracked, then it will break — unless it lands on slime or hay; • Hurts entities on landing (like an anvil); • Craftable with bricks; • Decorative.
