So Draggan code is finally released
from Dragan readme: This GUI supports editing GAN-generated images. To edit a real image, you need to first perform GAN inversion using tools like PTI. Then load the new latent code and model weights to the GUI.

Are any of the tools that help you rotate objects in an image in a usable format right now?
DragGan had it's source released a couple of days ago. So that should be somewhat usable now. Haven't tried myself.
