How hard would it be to create a Windows App to keep all of my PS Scripts and run whichever I chose from that Windows App?

I dunno if i should make a full postof this but out of concern for my stubborn loved ones i've taken the time to code a wet bulb temp calculator in powershell - the plan is to have it ring an alert if the WBT gets close to 36, maybe with hydration reminders. If you have the ability to run a webserver, something like Launch-Pad could work.
