How hard would it be to create a Windows App to keep all of my PS Scripts and run whichever I chose from that Windows App?

I dunno if i should make a full postof this but out of concern for my stubborn loved ones i've taken the time to code a wet bulb temp calculator in powershell - the plan is to have it ring an alert if the WBT gets close to 36, maybe with hydration reminders. The weird world of Windows file paths
It's worth learning at any age, especially now that it is an open-source, cross-platform shell. The PS Koans [1] that recently showed up on HN seemed an interesting way to try to learn it.
