I had the same issue. I had to speak with four different people, but none of them were able to help me. They asked me to download a Pex Legends to link my origin and Steam accounts. I ended up having to buy creature Creator on origin, creating my account there, and that worked for my steam. Aside from that I’ve never actually heard of this extension? From the title I thought it was my spore downloader app, which allows an entire user or sporecast to be downloaded as PNGs in one shot.
