Trying to install Big Sur with OpenCore 0.8.0 on a Optiplex 9020 USFF but getting stuck
Tonymac's EFIs are bloated and I wouldn't rely on them. Maybe you can try this guide/repo as it seems up-to-date.

OptiPlex 9020 SFF OpenCore dlil_init: All the created dlil threads have been scheduled at least once. Proceeding.
That config needs a lot of fixes. Too many to go over in a comment. Also missing a bunch of ACPI patches. Also, did you unlock CFG Lock and set DVMT and usb stuff using a modified grub shell? The 9020 is pretty solid but does require some leg work. I suggest taking a look at this guide, maybe compare your config to it. They seem to have all the bases covered.

USB-C Hub to 2 external screens extended
If yours is working, maybe you can try the following boot arg: -igfxtypec (found here https://github.com/theQuert/XPS-9360-macOS/issues/66)

I’m tired of following Dortania guide and running into the same issues again (details in comments)
Don't see how it could possibly help you unless you have an XPS 13 9360 with i7-8550u, but here ya go -> https://github.com/theQuert/XPS-9360-macOS
