Trying to install Big Sur but given a panic every time. XPS 9360 8550u.
I had the i7 model 9360, had it working perfectly with https://github.com/theQuert/XPS-9360-macOS (this is the 8550u model).

Not allowed !! But look here you will find the working EFI for the 5520 you will need to edit it to match with your hardware config: https://github.com/jardenliu/XPS15-9560-BigSur/blob/OpenCore/README_EN.md
