Big Sur Success - Ryzen 5 3600 - RX 480
No kexts other than Realtek8111 for the on board LAN. This will be related to the USB mapping for your particular motherboard. I went into my bios and turned off extra usb 3.0 ports than what I needed and made sure the usb 2.0 ports were one because that's what the header is plugged into. What SSDT did you use? I used this one: https://github.com/khronokernel/Opencore-Vanilla-Desktop-Guide/blob/master/extra-files/SSDT-EC-USBX-AMD.aml

ECEnabler: No more ACPI patches for battery! (Sorta)
Dual battery users may get one of the batteries showing, check these https://github.com/acidanthera/VirtualSMC/blob/master/Docs/SSDT-BATC.dsl https://github.com/acidanthera/VirtualSMC/blob/master/Docs/Dual%20Battery%20Support.md

Success - Acer C720-3404 with Core i3 (OpenCore Mojave and Big Sur).
I was happy to see the battery didn't have larger than 8-bit registers, so no battery ACPI patching required, yay. You just need to install SMCBatteryManager.kext
