That's not what I said, again I can't chat you sorry it's been hard to talk we obviously live on other sides of the world I wish you would just get telegram lol.... Besides that you didn't give much info so hard to tell you could also try installing a redist pack like this one: https://github.com/harryeffinpotter/PC-Gaming-Redists restart pc after your install the redists and try again, MIGHT HELP

Question about Repack Errors as Follows...

steamunlocked missing dll error, also reinstalling all programs didnt help
Steam unlocked isnt trusted but this looks like a redist problem. Highly recommend this one..... basically all redists you could need https://github.com/harryeffinpotter/PC-Gaming-Redists

Generic things to try: video and audio drivers updates, window updates, redist pack installs (https://github.com/harryeffinpotter/PC-Gaming-Redists is a good one), and just generally google your issue. Specific error messages can help. Alot of time a key phrase in the error message helps me resolve these things (for others, I rarely have issues myself).

ffa only boots in offline mode?
are you using a vpn? have you installed the redists? Have you run the troubleshooter bat file? Have you tried changing your DNS to google or cloud flare?

Loader keeps going into offline mode, and yes I am using the new loader
There is no actual quota issue (at least not ALL mirrors) and hasnt been more then 2 down at any given time since the free mirrors went up. Make completely sure your on the version that was released yesterday v3.1.02 and that you have no weird VPN or firewall interfering. Google or cloud flare DNS may help as well. Try to install the redists and also try the troubleshooter.
