  • Use a framework or build from scratch?
    1 project | | 7 Feb 2022
I am working on a freelance project where the client wants to build a messaging/social application similar to WhatsApp. I am the only developer working, so I will be building it all, singlehandedly. In the application, for the chat module, should I implement a third-party framework like the Chat SDK ( or write the code for the view and the functionality entirely from scratch?

What are some alternatives?
