Is there a FRED "master list"
I wrote a utility called Observer that downloads FRED data into a database. Not sure if does what you want but you are welcome to give it a try. I also wrote some other utilities and documented some features about FRED API that you or others may find interesting.

FRED API Question
For those who are interested, I wrote a FRED client in c# here. Also, a CLI that persists to a database is available here.

Observer CLI - a command line utility for downloading and saving FRED® economic data
There will be two implementations of Observer. The first is Observer.CLI which is intended to run on multiple platforms (I've never tried to build or run it on anything but Windows). The second implementation, Observer Desktop, is coming next. I am going to try to build Observer Desktop with Uno. If not Uno than I will use WPF.

What data architecture setup do you use as algotrader?
I use economic data from FRED. I wrote a client to store it in a database because FRED throttles their API and I use the same data in many different analysis.

I created a tool to compare World's GDP Growth with Bitcoin demand
If you want to compare to other economic series you can easily get data from FRED. I wrote a client to do that. It is free and open source even for commercial use.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing Observer.CLI and Vyntix.Fred.FredClient you can also consider the following projects:
Vyntix.Fred.Model - Model objects for FRED® API client
Flow.Launcher - :mag: Quick file search & app launcher for Windows with community-made plugins
pinpoint - Keystroke launcher and personal command central. Alternative to Spotlight and Alfred for Windows. Alternative to Wox, PowerToys.
